It's so easy - walking is simple, it's practical, and it's even for free! Almost anyone can do it, it's suitable for people of all ages, and you can walk around almost everywhere! And if you do it on a regular basis, you needn't go to the gym anymore ... which on top will save you a lot of €uros or Dollars!
If you like, you can walk alone ... or you can walk with friends. When we walk, we think, we come up with new ideas, so it's creative. When walking, we can work through the problems we may have, we reflect and find solutions, we even get inspired! We relax!
So, walking out there on the Camino can go a long way for you, not only in miles. The way you think and feel will change. Walking is the best anti-depressant on the market, feel-good endorphins ( "happy hormones" ) shoot into your blood stream ( "runner's high" ), helping you to feel more fit and alive ... and happier! And when walking out there in good company ... the better it will feel!
